There are three things you can buy from Form5500Lookup, all through Stripe: a monthly subscription, a one-time pack of credits, and a Data Feed licence billed monthly or annually. Each is covered below. The subscription is monthly with no long-term contract. The Data Feed’s annual term is optional; a monthly option is always offered beside it.
Subscriptions — cancel anytime
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel, and you can cancel from your billing page at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Because you can cancel before each renewal and retain access through the paid period, we do not generally provide partial refunds for a month already started. If you were charged in error, believe there was a billing mistake, or have a problem with the service, email [email protected] and we’ll make it right in good faith.
Credit packs
A pack is a one-time purchase, and credits are non-refundable once they have been issued to your account — which happens as soon as the payment settles. You are told this before you buy, on the purchase page and in the checkout confirmation. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, moved to another account, or transferred. Purchased credits never expire, so an unused balance is not lost. If a pack was bought in error or credited twice, email [email protected] and we will sort it out in good faith.
The Data Feed
Monthly: cancel any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep the deliveries for the month you have paid for.
Annual: the term is paid up front, and there is no refund once a snapshot has been delivered — a single delivery is the whole dataset, so a refund after one would be a full-dataset purchase at a fraction of the price. This is stated before purchase, at checkout. You can cancel at any time to stop the renewal at the end of the term; we send a renewal notice before an annual term renews.
