Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar laws, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. Form5500Lookup does not sell your account information for money. Two activities may nonetheless qualify as a sale/share — third-party analytics identifiers, and our business-to-business outreach to benefits producers (see our Privacy Policy).
We honor Global Privacy Control
If your browser or a browser extension sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing automatically — no form required. Concretely: on every visit where the signal is present, we disable third-party analytics capture in your browser; and when a request that carries the signal also identifies you by email — requesting a sign-in link, or subscribing while signed in — we record a durable opt-out that permanently excludes that address from our business-to-business outreach.
How to opt out manually
Email privacy@form5500lookup.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share” and the email address or identifiers you want us to suppress. If you are a benefits producer and received outreach from us, every message also contains a one-click unsubscribe link that immediately and permanently suppresses your address.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right, and we act on requests promptly. You may also request to know, access, correct, or delete your information — see “Your rights” in the Privacy Policy.
